Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Anal fistula group 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of anal fistula; (1) Symptoms: recurring perianal swelling, pain and pus; (2) Physical examination: the appearance, position and discharge of the external opening can be seen. The induration and path of shallow anal fistula can be touched around the anus. Digital rectal examination can palpate the internal opening); 2. No surgical contraindications; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. Join the trial voluntarily and sign the informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Complete notification and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anal fistula group: 1. Have a history of severe anal surgery or trauma (except for the history of perianal abscess drainage); 2. Accompanied by systemic infections, gastrointestinal infectious diseases, psychosis, diabetes, severe cardiovascular diseases, coagulation dysfunction, rectal prolapse, rectovaginal fistula, and specific infections (tuberculosis, Crohn, ulcerative colitis Etc.), or anal fistula due to the rupture of a malignant tumor; 3. Have used antibiotics within 2 weeks before surgery. Healthy control group: 1. Suffer from acute and chronic diarrhea, systemic infections, digestive tract infectious diseases (tuberculosis, Crohn, ulcerative colitis, etc.), mental illness, diabetes, severe cardiovascular disease, coagulopathy, rectal prolapse; 2. Have a history of anal fistula and perianal abscess; 3. History of other serious anal surgery or trauma.
