Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, and meet the following three conditions (1) more than one tracheoscopy; (2) The results of pathogenic examination (culture, microscopic examination) of at least one alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) or tracheal mucosal brush examination or GM test of BALF; (3) Exclude pneumonia caused by other pathogens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspected invasive pulmonary aspergillus infection, but with any of the following conditions: (1) did not undergo tracheal microscopy; (2) Only microscopic mucosal manifestations were described without BALF or mucosal brush aetiology examination or GM test; (3) Patients with blood system diseases and malignant tumors.
