14 Years to 21 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese adolescents aged 14-21 years; 2. scoring 68 or more in the Chen Internet Addiction Scale-Gaming Version; 3. understanding oral and written Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffer from any psychiatric or neurological illness or have suicidal tendencies; 2. the current use of any psychotropic medication.
