Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Alcohol dependent patients inclusion criteria: Meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; aged 18-60 years; Han; male; degree of schooling is junior high school and(or) above (repetition and repetition are not recorded into the number of years); MoCA>=20; HAM-A 7 to 28; HAM-D 8 to 34; the family has lived for years companion. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Alcohol-dependent patients Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or are suffering from infectious disease in a patient; 2. past the prevalence of heart, brain, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 3. past or prevalence can cause the immune system abnormality metabolic disorders patients, such as obesity (BMI> 30 kg / m2), diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis; 4. past or prevalence of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease; 5. before the application of any steroid group 2 months and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics, immunosuppressive agents and anti-oxidants; 6. 2 months prior to enrollment daily probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, or Omega-3 rich fish oil polyunsaturated fatty acids and the like; 7. past or current DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, dementia (not including MCI) and other substances other than alcohol and nicotine-dependent patients; 8. presence of thrombocytopenia, less than 80x10^9/m3, where PT>15s, or bleeding history were not sampled; 9. psychotic symptoms of alcohol-dependent patients in the trial period; 10. nearly six months gastroscopy, colonoscopy or barium meal person; 11. test substances such as EPA, DHA and soybean oil allergy; 12. the withdrawal of the treatment, follow-up period combined use of drugs on intestinal microflora (not including benzodiazepines, barbiturates, SSRIs, SNRIs, NaSSAs, second generation antipsychotics, etc.); Healthy control exclusion criteria: a, b, c, d, e, f, h, j, k, l in patients with alcohol dependence exclusion criteria; G is a past or current DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, dementia (not including MCI) and substances including alcohol-dependent patients (not including nicotine).
