Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically confirmed multiple myeloma with positive Congo red staining by extracardiac biopsy; 2. No clinical treatment related to multiple myeloma has been performed; 3. No other history of chemotherapy with anthracyclines for malignant tumors; 4. Good compliance, no mental disorder; 5. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No extracardiac biopsy results; 2. Patients with hypertension and secondary cardiac hypertrophy caused by moderate aortic valve disease; 3. Receiving other anticancer drugs (chemotherapy drugs such as anthracyclines that are clearly harmful to the heart muscle); 4. Cannot cooperate with the study or the researcher considers it inappropriate to be included in this study.
