Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the hospital with aortic Stanford A dissection as the main diagnosis; 2. Patients undergoing open surgery for aortic dissection; 3. The subjects are not limited to men and women, and the aged >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are clearly diagnosed as malignant tumors that seriously affect life expectancy; 2. Patients with traumatic aortic dissection; 3. Patients who also have other serious diseases that are not related to aortic dissection are expected to affect their life expectancy; 4. Patients with incomplete medical record information, incomplete diagnosis and treatment information, and lack of detailed aortic CTA and other related examinations.
