Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged not less than 14 years old, female and male; 2. Clinical and biopsy-based diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy; 3. Adequate biopsy sample with not less than 10 glomeruli; 4. Patients with eGFR not less than 30ml/min/1.73m2 (estimated by CKD-EPI formula in 2009); 5. Sign the informed consent form in accordance with the regulations, and patients under the age of 18 need to have a legal guardian to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary IgA nephropathy caused by diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, Henoch-Schonlein purpura,viral hepatitis,liver cirrhosis, etc; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with kidney transplantation; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Disagree to participate in the study or poor compliance.
