Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with idiopathic asthenospermia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with normal semen; 2. patients with other diseases, including azoospermia, azoospermia, severe oligospermia, semen liquefaction, liver failure, uremia, liver cirrhosis, varicocele and endocrine dysfunction; 3. patients who voluntarily terminate treatment or refuse to follow-up.
