Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neck color doppler ultrasonography showed thyroid nodules and surgical indications in all patients; 2. The patient's case data were basically complete (including gender, age, tumor diameter, TNM staging lymph node metastasis, tissue differentiation, extracellular invasion and distant metastasis, etc.); 3. No preoperative chemoradiotherapy or any other anti-tumor therapy;4. Patients and their family members know and agree with the researcher; 5. Postoperative pathology further confirmed PTC.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of tumor or concurrent malignant tumor; 2. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for other malignant tumors complicated with autoimmune diseases; 3. Combined with serious cardiopulmonary diseases and other surgical contraindications; 4. Postoperative pathological diagnosis was non-PTC; 5. Patients lost to follow-up after surgery.
