Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with HDCP or gestational diabetes diagnosed by prenatal examination or hospitalization; (2) Aged between 20 and 45 years old; (3) Singleton pregnancy; (4) All kinds of screening during pregnancy are normal, such as NT, three-dimensional aberration, etc.; (5) The clinical data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic hypertension in HDCP with preeclampsia and pregnancy with chronic hypertension; (2) Diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases before pregnancy; (3) Infection in all parts and systems of the body; (4) Pregnancy complicated with thyroid disease; (5) Rheumatic immune disease; (6) Twin pregnancy and so on.
