Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >=18 years old female; 2) Patients were confirmed locally advanced or advanced recurrent or metastatic ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, endometrial cancer and cervical cancer confirmed by histopathology and / or cytology; 3) The subjects volunteered to join the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance and cooperated with the follow-up; 4) Women of childbearing age must have a pregnancy test (serum) within 7 days before enrollment, and the results are negative, and they are willing to use appropriate contraceptive methods during the trial and within 8 weeks after the last administration of the trial drug; 5) The researchers believe who will be able to get benefit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Radical operation was feasible except for patients with tumor reduction; 2) Pregnant or lactating women; 3) Allergy to apatinib and / or its excipients; 4) Patients with contraindications to apatinib; 5) Other situations that are not suitable for inclusion in this study according to the researcher's judgment; 6) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials are not suitable for this trial
