50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 85 years (inclusive) at the time of enrollment; 2. Male or female; 3. The AD, MCI and HC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. personal or family history of psychiatric disorders, Lewy body dementia, frontal temporal dementia,Vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington disease, and Multiple Sclerosis, hydrocephalus,amongst others; 2. Major medical illnesses or unstable medical condition in the opinion of the investigator may interfere with the participants ability to comply.
