Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary investigation of patients and their family members; 2. At least two family members (level iii relatives) suffer from gastric cancer or other gastrointestinal tumors; 3. The family lived in the Yangtze River Delta region (Hu-Wan area, Zhejiang province) for a long time; Determination of control group and control family: Considering the compliance and health status of control group members, non-gastric cancer patients admitted to Changhai Hospital were selected as the control group.
Exclusion criteria

Patients with cancers other than stomach or digestive tract tumors Exclusion criteria for control group and control family: 1. Patients or family members do not cooperate with investigators; 2.
