Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community older adults who live alone or only with their older partners. Community volunteers who provide support in the project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are not suitable or willing to receive telecare support (for older adult service recipients). Those who are not willing to provide consent (for volunteers)
