Interventions

Experimental group:In accordance with the established early intensive feeding programme, feeding is directed and supervised by the follow-up specialist and the intervention period is 6 months
Control group:Parents are routinely fed by themselves without any intervention or guidance, and the feeding situation is regularly investigated by the follow-up commissioner.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 1 to 6 months; 2. Diagnosed as congenital heart disease and underwent surgical treatment; 3. Low preoperative body weight (WAZ<=-2); 4. Children's parents have basic reading and writing ability, communication barrier-free; 5. With the approval of the ethics Committee of the hospital, the parents of the sick child should give informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With chromosome and gene abnormalities; 2. Genetic metabolic diseases; 3. Combined with uncorrected congenital malformation of digestive tract; 4. Postoperative complications of IIa grade and above intracranial hemorrhage, cerebral embolism and other serious neurological complications.
