Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OSA patients at the age of 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CVD existed before recruiting; 2. CPAP treatment for OSA before recruiting; 3. A history of malignancy; 4. a history of local bariatric surgery; 5. Pregnant Or Lactating Women; 6. patients cannot understand the aim of study.
