Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient met the diagnostic criteria of CSM in the summary of the second National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis in China [7]. The patient had progressive limb sensory, motor or sphincter dysfunction, and the X-ray film showed that the patient was complicated with developmental or degenerative cervical stenosis; 2. MRI showed that the spinal cord was under multi-segment compression, with compression segments located within the level of c4 ~ C7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with coagulation dysfunction; (2) Preoperative ultrasonography of lower extremity vessels found thrombosis, patients with a history of thrombosis, and patients taking anticoagulant drugs; (3) Patients with severe malnutrition; (4) Patients with severe complications of heart, kidney and liver; (5) Perioperative surgery for other parts; (6) Disappearance and kyphosis of cervical vertebra; (7) Patients with cervical instability.
