Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 18 years old male or female; 2. Meet the lung function standards for small airway disease: MMEF, FEF50 and FEF75 decreased, and more than 2 indicators were lower than 65% of the expected value; 3. Living in the place of permanent residence for not less than 9 months each year; 4. Able to communicate and write in language or text; 5. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are major diseases, such as lung malignant tumors, heart failure, renal failure, dementia, epilepsy, active tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Use of respiratory system drugs in past week, such as inhaled corticosteroids, anticholinergic drugs, beta 2 receptor agonists, leukotriene receptor antagonists, etc.; 3. Currently in acute exacerbation of respiratory diseases, such as acute exacerbation of COPD, acute exacerbation of asthma, etc.; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction, blood ALT or AST >2 ULN, blood Cr > 1.5 ULN; 5. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (stroke, transient ischemic attack, acute coronary syndrome) in past 3 months; 6. History of malignant tumors that are not completely cured; 7. Mental illness, drug addiction or alcoholism; 8. During breastfeeding, pregnancy or planned pregnancy in the near future; 9. Those who are not expected to cooperate and are not suitable for follow-up; or whose life expectancy is less than 2 years.
