Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the clinical diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2010, and underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; (2) the coagulation function was normal in the preoperative blood routine examination; (3) Stable vital signs and good blood circulation function; (4) the total amount of fluid infusion in 24 hours was not more than 2000 ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hemorrhagic diseases; (2) patients with long-term anticoagulant therapy or history of thrombotic diseases; (3) patients with anemia; (4) patients with allergy to research drugs; (5) patients with heart disease and liver disease; (6) other absolute and relative contraindications of surgery.
