Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Subjects who need outpatient colonoscopy; 3. I or my relatives living in the same residence can use the smart phone, and can complete the basic operation specified by app; 4. Be able to sign or provide informed consent voluntarily; 5. Good compliance, expected to complete the whole test process; 6. Toilet is installed in the house at present.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of surgery for esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small intestine or colorectal cancer; 2. Gastroparesis or pyloric obstruction; 3. Known or suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation; 4. Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance rate 180 mmHg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); 9. Moderate or massive active gastrointestinal bleeding (> 100ml / D); 10. Serious mental illness; 11. The resolution, flash or network function of the mobile phone do not meet the research requirements.
