Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cases :(1) pathologically or radiologically confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer or precancerous lesions; (2) the case did not receive any treatment at the first admission; (3) Blood samples can be collected; (4) No past or present history of immunodeficiency disease; (5) Informed consent was signed. Control :(1) no tumor was detected by imaging, endoscopy, TCT and serum tumor markers; (2) Blood samples can be collected; (3) No past or present history of immunodeficiency disease; (4) Informed consent was signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Has a serious physical disability or cognitive impairment; (2) Severe heart, brain, lung, and renal dysfunction (ECOG score > 0); (3) The following conditions occurred 8 weeks before the blood draw: antirheumatic drug therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, vaccine injection, surgery. (4) Previous splenectomy history. (5) Diseases of the blood system.
