Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged over 18 years old; ECOG score < 2; With adequate hematopoietic function with absolute neutrophils counts higher than 1.5*10^9/L and platelet counts higher than 100*10^9/L; With adequate hepatic and renal function with alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)less than 2.5 folds of upper limit values; Without taking hepatic metabolism enzyme inducer or inhibitor within four weeks; Complete two cycles of chemotherapy; complete medical records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not follow the established regimen of chemotherapy or change treatment; Two cycles of treatment were not completed; incomplete medical records; Samples preserved with anticoagulants other than EDTA.
