Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI); 2. Aged 60 to 75 years; 3. Eyesight and hearing can complete the clinical test; 4. Right-handedness; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropsychosis and other medical or neuropsychological conditions such as alcohol and/or substance abuse that can cause brain dysfunction; 2. Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3. There are contraindications for TMS treatment: pacemaker or cochlear implant, implant device (e.g. Deep brain stimulator, ventriculoperitoneal shunt) or metal in the brain (e.g. Aneurysm clip); 4. Taking cognition-related drugs and participating in other similar research projects; 5. Patients with epilepsy or epilepsy family; Hypothyroidism, a history of mental illness or a combination of other conditions that may affect cognitive function.
