18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Low back pain with radiation pain in unilateral and single nerve root descending innervation area; (2) positive straight leg elevation test on affected side; (3) CT or MRI examination showed lumbar disc herniation; (4) aged 18-65 years; (5) course of disease less than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) stenosis of intervertebral foramen or spondylolisthesis of lumbar spinal canal/lateral recess; (2) spinal infection, tuberculosis or tumor; (3) history of lumbar deformity or surgery; (4) patients with systemic infectious diseases, coagulation dysfunction and poor glycemic control of diabetes mellitus; (5) pregnant women, mental disorders or poor compliance.
