Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years to 80 years old; 2. Pathological type is adenocarcinoma; 3. The tumor was located at the junction of colorectal; 4. Preoperative imaging examination of thoracic, abdominal and pelvic plain scan CT, and/or rectal MR to assess tumor staging, patients who are scheduled to undergo neoadjuvant treatment before surgery through MDT; patients with advanced colorectal cancer who need adjuvant treatment after postoperative pathology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple primary tumors; 2. The preoperative radiological staging T1N0M0; 3. Patients who had a history of malignancy elsewhere; 4. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 5. Patients not suitable for surgery (the underlying disease is severely intolerant of surgery; patients with advanced rectal cancer do not meet the indications for surgery, etc.); 6. The researchers determined not suitable to participate in the study.
