Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke group: 1. Aged 30 to 75 years old men and women; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of various cerebrovascular diseases passed by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference, diagnosed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, all scanned by cranial CT or MRI Confirmed; 3. The vital signs are stable, and the course of the disease is more than 15 days; 4. Able to understand and follow simple oral instructions (MMSE score: middle school or above>24 points, elementary school>20 points, illiterate>17 points); 5. Not taking any medicine that affects bowel function Drugs; 6. Patients can understand and actively participate in this program, agree to and sign the informed consent form for this clinical study; Control group: No history of stroke, no history of related diseases affecting pelvic floor muscle function; aged 30-75 years old; vital signs are stable; able to understand and follow simple oral instructions (MMSE score: middle school or above>24 points, elementary school>20 Points, illiteracy> 17 points); not taking drugs that affect bowel function; no history of neurological diseases such as diabetes; voluntary participation and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Stroke group: 1. Have other brain diseases, spinal cord diseases and other diseases that affect pelvic floor function; 2. Have a history of neurological diseases such as diabetes; 3. Pelvic floor dysfunction exists before stroke; 4. Have anorectal system infection and or Tumor; 5. Severe consciousness or cognitive dysfunction; 6. Unable or unwilling to cooperate. Control group: 1. have a history of stroke; 2. have other brain diseases, spinal cord diseases and other diseases that affect pelvic floor function; 3. have a history of pelvic floor dysfunction; have diabetes and other diseases that affect the nervous system; 4. have unstable vital signs; 5. have severe consciousness or Cognitive dysfunction; 6. suffering from severe mental illness; 7. unable or unwilling to cooperate.
