Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women with breast cancer aged 18-70 years; 2) Breast cancer patients undergoing elective total mastectomy; 3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 4) Agree to join the experimental research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic to minocycline; 2) History of spinal cord injury; 3) There has been chronic neuropathic pain caused by other reasons (such as: diabetes, alcohol or drugs); 4) Depression or other reasons that affect pain judgment or cannot cooperate with research; 5) Take antidepressants; 6) Pregnant women or patients with recent pregnancy requirements; 7) Thoracic paravertebral nerve block cannot be performed due to various reasons; 8) Abnormal liver and kidney function; 9) Participating in other clinical research.
