Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as a patient with primary hypertension in accordance with the "Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Control Guidelines 2018"; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Have a smart phone and have the ability to use smart devices; 4. The local permanent resident population who volunteered to participate in the study and received a 2-year follow-up; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; 2. At the time of enrollment, the systolic blood pressure in the office >=180 mmHg, and/or the diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg; 3. Uremia, creatinine>250umol/l; those with a history of acute heart disease in the past three months; 4. Patients with terminal diseases such as malignant tumors; 5. Severe cognitive impairment (severe loss of hearing and vision), history of mental illness, anxiety or depression, and unable to take care of themselves; 6. Severe diabetes patients (glycated hemoglobin>11%); 7. Patients with severe valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and poor heart function (unstable condition, may be hospitalized frequently); 8. Patients with arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and atrioventricular block that may affect the work of the electronic sphygmomanometer and those who have experienced life-threatening arrhythmias; 9. Those with arm circumference >35cm or <26cm, unable to use the existing cuff normally; 10. Spouse or relatives have been included in this research; 11. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 12. People who live in an unfixed state, or who often go out for a long time.
