Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged 18-75 years old; (2) patients with obstructive jaundice symptoms (skin yellow staining, sclera yellow staining, deep yellow urine, etc.), serum total bilirubin > 250 umol/L); (3) preoperative imaging examination and clinical diagnosis considered malignant obstruction (gallbladder carcinoma, hilar cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic head cancer, lower common bile duct cancer, ampullary cancer, duodenal cancer, etc.); (4) patients and their families informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those who have surgical contraindications or cannot receive surgical treatment for various reasons; (2) those with biliary obstruction caused by various benign diseases (stones, etc.); (3) those who only receive palliative surgery; (4) those who cannot complete regular follow-up.
