Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Shandong University, all patients or authorized family members have signed informed consent; Sixty-two patients undergoing renal allograft; aged more than 18 years old; body mass index between 18.5 and 28.0,ASA II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart, liver, lung and other related complications; 2. Mental disorders, chronic pain, moderate or severe anemia; 3. Long term drug use, drug addiction, alcoholism.
