Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the MG diagnostic criteria of the 2015 Chinese Myasthenia Gravis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2. Over 18 years old and under 65 years old; 3. Have Internet access, and have the ability to use smartphones and the basic functions of WeChat; 4. For this study Informed consent and cooperate to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious underlying diseases, such as liver damage, blood disease, chronic lung disease (chronic infection, COPD, etc.), malignant tumors, etc. that affect prognosis evaluation; 2. Significant decline in intelligence, mental disorders, hearing loss, Patients with vision loss that seriously affect communication and communication; 3. Interrupted follow-up or unable to get in touch; 4. Patients or their family members refuse to participate in this study.
