Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged>65 years; 2) ASA classification I-II; 3) Elective radical surgery for gastric cancer under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) BMI>35 kg?m-2; 2) Liver and kidney dysfunction; 3) Heart failure; 4) Active atrial fibrillation; 5) Significant aortic or mitral regurgitation; 6) Diabetes or peripheral vascular disease; 7) Increased intra-abdominal pressure.
