15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 15 to 65 years male and female; 2. Confirmed mild or moderate depression (DSM-V), HAMD 8 to 34 scores, MoCA <=26 scores; 3. All the subjects are native speakers of Chinese, with language reading ability, high school education or above, which can effectively cooperate with this study; 4. The study was approved by the medical ethics committee of the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Psychiatric related drugs were used within 4 hours before the study; 2) The patients had serious suicide tendency; 3) The patients had head injury or mental disorder, history of drug abuse, history of drug abuse and alcohol abuse; 4) Recently, he had electric shock therapy (6 months before this study), endocrine disease history, respiratory system history (oxygen saturation SO2 < 97%); 5) During the study, patients were not allowed to participate in interventions similar to those in this trial.
