Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of World Health Organization (who) for T2DM in 1999; 2. Aged from 18 to 75 years old; 3. Han nationality, a local resident of Tai'an; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes with severe diabetic complications; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Severe diarrhea or constipation in the past 3 months; 4. Antibiotics have been used in the past 3 months for 3 days or more; 5. Had gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Other serious organic diseases; 7. Patients with a history of mental illness.
