Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community dwelling population aged 60 to 75 years, be able to use a smartphone; 2. Lack exercise habits in their lifestyle; 3. The BERG balance scale score between 30 and 50; 4. Have the capacity to participate in exercise; 5. Expect to reside in the current community for the next 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. being in the acute stage of any disease(including NCDs); 2. have cardiovascular and cerebral liver, respiratory system, blood system and other diseases, or physically exercise intolerance; 3. have epilepsy, depression, dementia, seizures, other nervous and mental diseases; 4. have diseases that clearly influence balance (e.g. deep sensory disability, cerebellum, vestibular, visual system disease, vertigo and Meniere).
