18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain lasting at least 3 months and at least once a week; 2. Aged between 18 and 40 years old; 3. Visual analogue scale (VAS) between 3 and 7; 4. Voluntarily completed the trial and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spine or neck surgery; 2. History of smoking; 3. History of lumbar trauma; 4. Acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain in other parts of the body; 5. Spinal vertebral or thoracic deformity; 6. Neurological diseases; 7. Cardiopulmonary system diseases; 8. Diabetes and malignant tumors.
