single point block group and multi-point block group:Subaxillary artery single point injection of local anesthetics and peripheral multipoint injection of local anesthetics
local anesthetics be used: 0.5ml/kg, 0.4ml/kg, 0.3ml/kg:Local anesthetic dosage varies

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA grade <=II, aged 1 to 12 years under going upper extremity surgery; 2) Children without contraindications for nerve block; 3) Children without thoracic deformity, abnormal clavicle and other anatomical variations of the operating parts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with unclear nerve block effect; 2) Children with incomplete or unclear data records; 3) Children with changes in anesthesia methods or protocols during surgery.
