Interventions

Group C:20ml 0.5% ropivacaine
Group RD1:20ml 0.5% ropivacaine combined with 0.5 ug / kg dexmedetomidine
Group RD2:20ml 0.5% ropivacaine combined with 1 ug / kg dexmedetomidine

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 65 years old; 2. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) was classified as grade 1 to level 3; 3. general anesthesia combined with anterior serratus nerve block during operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate 30 kg/m2); 6. allergy to drugs used in the study; 7. operation time 3 h.
