Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years old; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD (2018gold guidelines), and FEV1 =10 pack years, FEV1 / FVC < 0.70 after using bronchodilator. ? acute exacerbation: cough, expectoration (increased sputum volume or purulent sputum) and dyspnea.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There were serious or unstable complications (acute heart failure, acute renal failure, malignant tumor); 2) Patients who can not perform pulmonary rehabilitation (such as unconsciousness, long-term bed rest, recent acute cerebrovascular disease, etc.); 3) Unable to provide relevant information; 4) Patients who do not sign informed consent
