Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 22 to 35 years old woman has childbearing requirements; 2) Moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (AFS>=5); 3) Agree to perform uterine adhesion resection and endometrial biopsy; 4) Sign informed consent; 5) Hysteroscopy to exclude other uterine abnormalities; 6) No serious systemic diseases; 7) No aspirin, estrogen and surgical contraindications;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Mild intrauterine adhesions (AFS <5); 2) Menopause; 3) Have a history of antibiotic treatment after biopsy in the previous month; 4) There are contraindications to estrogen or aspirin, such as cancer (breast cancer and endometrial cancer), 5) The following conditions: thrombotic diseases, allergy to antipyretic analgesics, severe liver damage, low prothrombin, vitamin K deficiency, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia, gastric or duodenal ulcers and asthma; 6) Those who have basic diseases such as cardiovascular system diseases and blood diseases are not suitable for pregnancy.
