Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the patients included in the case group were all treated for the first time, and they were not treated with corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, photosensitizers, and ultraviolet rays. Peripheral blood of vitiligo patients with advanced stage VIDA score> 3 points, systemic application of hormone therapy and low-dose hormone therapy for 2-3 months, were used to screen differentially expressed non-coding RNA using high-throughput gene chip technology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients treated with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, photosensitizers and ultraviolet rays
