Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 60 years; 2. diagnosed as insomnia patients according to the third edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD-3); 3. able to communicate and understand; 4. will not leave the nursing home during the trial; 5. written in the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of insomnia therapy, such as medication or cognitive behavioral therapy, in the past year; 2. with other sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea syndrome, sleep deprivation, etc.; 3. with severe mental and psychological disorders; 4. with hearing disoeders and visual impairments.
