18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Epidural electrical stimulation has been implanted in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia; 4. Pain was significantly improved after SCS implantation (> 50%); 5. The patient must be able to provide informed and effective consent; 6. No history of drug abuse, alcohol, central system disease, craniocerebral injury and brain surgery; 7. Normal intelligence, right-handed, unconscious disorder and history of mental illness, able to cooperate with pain evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of personality or other mental disorders, behavioral disorders, consumption of recreational drugs, and alcoholism; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients and patients with poor image scanning and incomplete research data; 3. Claustrophobia, MRI contraindications and brain abnormalities found by MR; 4. There was obvious respiratory depression during the examination, oxygen was inhaled through nasal catheter, Sp02 < 92%; 5. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and blood system abnormal.
