Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <32W; 2. Birth weight <1000g; 3. Be admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth; 4. Intestinal motility is normal, tube feeding; 5. Family members informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformations of the digestive tract, such as Hirschsprung's disease, rectal anus malformations, tracheoesophageal fistula; 2. Hemodynamic abnormalities, such as children with diagnosed diarrhea, intussusception, and necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC); 3. Premature infants who have not yet started feeding in the gastrointestinal tract at the time of discharge or death due to various reasons.
