Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet all of the following items: 1) Aged >=18 years old; 2) Diagnosed as chronic heart failure; 3) Have a stable anti-heart failure drug treatment plan; 4) The research subjects understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude any item if: 1) Failure to cooperate with the completion of research-related inspection/follow-up; 2) There are plans to perform heart surgery during the study period; 3) Life expectancy is less than 1 year; 4) History of malignant tumor; 5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (liver enzymes> 3 times the upper limit of normal or estimated glomerular filtration rate <30mL/min); 6) Participated in or is participating in other clinical research within three months; 7) Pregnant or lactating women.
