20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. chronic endometritis diagnosed by CD138 positive; 2. agree to undergo hysteroscopy, hysteroscopic resection, and endometrial biopsy; 3. written informed consent; 4. no severe systemic diseases; 5. and no contraindications to dydrogesterone or antibiotic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not suitable for usage of dydrogesterone alone, such as intrauterine adhesion or hyperplasia; 2. suspected reproductive tract infection; 3. history or presence of endometrial carcinoma; 4. positive result on pregnancy test; 5. acute uterine bleeding; 6. use of hormone replacement therapy or hormonal therapy in the preceding 3 months.
