Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting blood glucose 6.0-7.0mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin =5.7, OGTT test 2-hour blood glucose between 7.8-11.1mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) people who have serious listening and speaking obstacles and cannot understand the purpose and content of the research; 2) Serious dysfunction of important organs (heart, lung, kidney, etc.); 3) Sports and nutrition risk assessment screened as high-risk people; 4) Those who cannot participate in the assessment safely for other reasons; 5) Those who cannot complete the assessment report or comply with the requirements of this study.
