18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the cause of sleep disorders was work related; (2) self-reported sleep issues (difficulty falling asleep, dreaming or frequent awakening) for more than 3 months, and able to attend four weeks follow up; (3) no visual, hearing and smell disorders; (4) informed consent, voluntary to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy or in lactation period; (2) history of psychosis, epilepsy or hypotension; (3) have respiratory problems such as allergic rhinitis, asthma or snoring; (4) allergic to pollen or plant.
