Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical special examination, showing different degrees of hyperalgesia, limb numbness and other somatosensory abnormalities as the main symptoms; 2. assessed by the michigan neuropathy variable table, the total score >=7 points; 3. aged 60 to 75 years old; 4. did not participate in regular physical activity in the last 3 months; 5. no cognitive dysfunction, good compliance, informed consent, can adhere to the completion of scheduled training program and cooperate with the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coronary heart disease, hypertension grade 3, renal failure and other serious medical diseases; 2. Patients with central and peripheral nervous system lesions; 3. Fracture of lower limbs, joint deformity, trauma and artificial joint; 4. Recent lower extremity venous thrombosis; 5. Severe impairment of balance function; 6. Complications of severe diabetic retinopathy and diabetic foot; 7. Persons with implants or other diseases that are compatible with systemic vibration training contraindications.
