Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis: hip osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, hip fracture; 2. Surgery: first unilateral artificial hip replacement; 3. Aged>18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Joint infection, tumor knee; 2. Those who underwent joint replacement on the other side during the follow-up period; 3. Patients with severe nervous system diseases, cachexia, Parkinson's, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, renal insufficiency, and hormone use; 4. Those who have mental disorders and cannot communicate with each other verbally.
